AS 3745-2010 Mandate
Clause 3.1 requires the Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) to develop and maintain a site-specific Emergency Plan. A generic manual is a failure of the EPC duty of care.
AS 1851-2012 Section 14
Mandatory in NSW as of 13 February 2026. This standard requires 6-monthly routine service and testing of procedures—missing documentation is a Priority 1 Defect.
